A modern, private 4-bedroom home with 200 degree views of breathtaking Lake Kivu. Another building on the property offers two additional en suite rooms for separate rental.

About Us
Rooms
The main house has four bedrooms (one king bed, three queen beds) and three bathrooms, a large open living room and kitchen. Another building on the property has two separate entrance en suite bedrooms with queen beds and a shared kitchenette.
Amenities
Drinking water along with tea and coffee supplies are provided to guests. Guests are advised to bring their own food to prepare themselves in the equipped kitchen or kitchenette. Cleaning services including laundry available upon request at no cost. Firewood is available for the fire pit. We can recommend and assist with a chef to prepare food at additional cost paid directly to the service supplier, if requested at least three days in advance.
Rates
Exclusive use of property: 500 USD per night
Main house: 400 USD per night
Separate en suite room: 60 USD per night per room

15% discount for stays of 3 nights or longer.
Balance due before or on arrival by card, bank, or MoMo.

House Rules
- Confirmed advanced booking required for entry to the property.
- Full payment required before checking in. Cash payments for accommodation not accepted.
- Check in: 4-6 pm (earlier or later check in may be possible if arranged in advance)
- Check out: 12 pm
- Pets not allowed
- No smoking inside
- External guests not allowed except with prior authorization from owner
- Respect the neighbors - music or other noise should be kept at reasonable volumes and stopped at 10 pm
- Leave the kitchen as you found it - wash and put away dishes, empty fridge and freezer
- Respect the property - this is a private home
- Guests may be held financially responsible for any damage to property resulting from reckless behavior
Cancellation Policy
Deposits will be refunded with notice of cancellation at least 14 days in advance of expected check in. Late cancellations (within 14 days of expected check in) will be charged one night or may request a credit for later use. No shows who do not give notification of cancellation are not eligible for a refund nor credit.
